I believe the music the Lord has given me vocally, as well as instrumentality accomplishes this in the project "Soul Exposed." It chronicles a difficult time in my life and how it affected me in my marriage, raising my children, and every part of how I socially interacted with the world. Most of the songs on this project were written in the span of 2 weeks a few years ago while being snowed in. I believe this project will relate to many families young and old, Christian and non-Christian, trying to make it in a challenging world. I believe it gives the family man a voice that has been missing in a large part from the music industry. I believe the music is done in such a way that will be appealing to a lot of people of different ages. One way to describe the music on this project is renewed soul music.
