The Pan program was designed to allow developing musicians and vocalist to be mentored and train with professional musicians with many years of experience to accelerate the development of young children fostering a love for music by exposing and teaching them to play musical instruments that help to unleash a child's authentic creativity during musical performances, which strengthens their self-esteem.

PAN program has developed relationships with public and private schools as well as cultural community centers to provide excellent development in the musical arts.

Private music lessons provide one on one instruction with dedicated coaching and mentoring for the student.

Private lessons are suggested not only for the new student exploring and discovering new talent but for the intermediate, and professional musician to sharpen their chops.  

PAN provides online private instruction from seasoned professional working musicians.
